The very quiet country road goes through the hamlet, the whole area between the back of the hedge and La Bougnolière is private parking for our house. This is a very quiet area with no through traffic. The road here is used by the few locals who live here, plus the farmer.
The wooded area below is at the far end of the property, beyond the garden.
It's so quiet there and a beautiful tranquil space.

The property stands on a plot of approximately half an acre; with lovely countryside views.
