We renovated this beautiful French House....
.....which is in a small hamlet just over an hour eastward from La Rochelle and La Roche Sur Yon. It's a predominantly apple growing area. We have recently renovated the house making 4 double bedrooms, a good sized lounge, separate dining room, large entrance hall, study and utility. There is also a downstairs bathroom, separate wc and a further wc and separate en-suite to the master bedroom, upstairs. There are two patios, grassed gardens and a woodland area. There is a bakery building which belongs to the property too and was the former bakery to the hamlet some 200 / 250 years ago.

La Bougnolière
The house starts here on the right, then working right to left the front door comes into view and the entrance hallway. The window to the left of the front door is the downstairs and second bedroom; which used to be the barn, full of cobwebs!!. Then the barn doors, behind which you can park a small car. Inside there is also the Utility space and beyond the garage doors is the log store. Then an open barn parking space and storage area. This also has an upper storage level, beyond that is the start of the garden which goes right the way around the property both sides and at the rear. Further at the rear is a lovely wooded area where we have some 15 to 20 large mature trees.
